We are committed to providing you with reliable quality assurance. This warranty policy is based on Monster's official limited consumer warranty terms and applies to genuine Monster headphone products purchased from weydeal.com. Warranty service covers manufacturing defects under normal use, giving you peace of mind for long-term enjoyment.
Scope of Warranty
- Applicable Products: Monster headphone products purchased from weydeal.com (an authorized dealer).

Warranty Conditions: If the product has a manufacturing defect (Product Defect) at the time of purchase, and you submit a formal warranty claim within:
- (i) Two (2) months after discovering the defect (or when the defect should reasonably have been discovered); and
- (ii) Before the end of the applicable warranty period for that product.
- Warranty Period: Most Monster products come with a 1-year limited warranty (calculated from the date of purchase; please refer to the product packaging or proof of purchase for confirmation). Some models may vary—check the included warranty card or contact customer service for details.

Remedy Options: Monster or the authorized dealer will, at Monster's sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace it with an equivalent or better product;
- If repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be completed in a timely manner, refund the purchase price you paid to weydeal.com for the defective product.
- Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monster shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising under this limited warranty.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, liquid damage, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Issues not resulting from manufacturing defects (e.g., improper use, drops, normal aging).
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality (e.g., scratches, stains).
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, products with removed/altered serial numbers, or products without valid proof of purchase.
- “As-is” sales or items sold with known defects.
Shipping Costs Borne by the Buyer in the Following Situations:
- Any return not proven to be due to a defect.
- Warranty claims for products purchased outside the original country of purchase.
- Buyer-initiated erroneous returns.
- Return of personal items.
- Returned items claimed to be defective but found to be fully functional after inspection by the quality control department.
- International shipping costs for returning defective items.
- Costs related to unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process).
Items Not Covered by Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Products past the warranty period
- Non-quality issues (after 30 days from purchase)
- Free/gift products
- Products repaired by third parties
- Damage caused by external sources
- Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water exposure, improper operation)
Please note: The warranty applies only to the original paid order that has not been refunded. The warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date. For replaced products, the remaining portion of the original warranty period applies.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact support@weydeal.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the defective product
- Once reviewed and approved by customer service, we will instruct you to return the product (we will provide a prepaid return label or specific return address).

- After we receive and inspect the product, we will endeavor to provide a remedy within 30 days (45 days for regions outside the United States), unless delayed by uncontrollable factors.
- Please retain all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase to expedite processing.
Extended Protection (90-Day Defect Refund Guarantee) To give you extra peace of mind, we offer an additional 90-day refund protection:
- If a manufacturing defect appears within 90 calendar days of receipt (even if beyond the standard return window), you may file a claim through your account or by email.
- We will provide a full refund or replacement (excluding human-caused damage, misuse, etc.).
- This guarantee runs parallel to the official 1-year warranty. Contact customer service for full details.
General Terms
- Governing Law / Jurisdiction: This limited warranty and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you purchased the product (United States).
- Other Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction and are not affected by this warranty.
- Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
