Shipping Method: International small-package direct mail (Economy Express).
- Estimated order shipping time: After your order is confirmed and payment is completed, we will arrange shipment within 36 hours (Monday-Sunday).

United States: Primarily covers the Continental US. Remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other outlying territories may require additional shipping fees or may not be supported at this time. Please contact support@weydeal.com before placing your order.

If the shipping cost to certain specific regions exceeds our subsidized limit, the excess amount will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Lost/Damaged Protection: If the carrier reports your package as lost or damaged in transit, you will automatically receive a full refund or a free replacement to ensure a worry-free experience.

United States: Small-package orders to the US are generally exempt from import duties.

European Union & UK: In accordance with local regulations, cross-border shipments may be subject to VAT or import duties. While we strive to optimize the clearance process, any customs fees incurred are the buyer's responsibility (though the probability of occurrence is low for small packages).

Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you can view the tracking number in your account under “My Orders.” You can track the real-time status via the link provided or the carrier’s official website. Or use our universal tracking platform " 17track" with you tracking number provided by us in your order detail in your account page.
